Dog Poop Removal FAQ
Everything you need to know before getting started.
How does your dog waste removal service work?
We visit your property on your scheduled service day, walk the accessible areas of your yard, remove visible dog waste, and take the waste with us. Recurring customers also receive a gate photo after the visit.
How often can you clean my yard?
We offer weekly and twice-weekly recurring service, as well as one-time cleanups. The best schedule depends on the number of dogs, yard size, and how frequently you want the yard maintained.
Do I need to be home during service?
No. As long as we have safe access to the yard, you do not need to be home during your scheduled visit.
What happens if my gate is locked?
Please make sure your gate is accessible on your scheduled service day. If we cannot safely access the yard, we may be unable to complete the cleanup.
Do you sanitize your equipment?
Yes. Our equipment is sanitized as part of our regular service process to help maintain a clean and professional approach from yard to yard.
What do you do with the dog waste?
We remove the collected waste from your property after service, so you are not left with bags of pet waste in your yard.
Is there a contract required?
No long-term contract is required. Our goal is to make recurring dog waste removal simple and convenient without locking customers into a long commitment.
Do you offer one-time cleanups?
Yes. One-time cleanups are available and are great for a fresh start, move-ins, parties, seasonal cleanups, or yards that need additional attention.
Do you offer yard deodorizer service?
Yes. Yard deodorizer is available to help reduce unpleasant pet odors and freshen up your outdoor space. Ask us about adding deodorizer when requesting a quote.
How much does dog waste removal cost?
Weekly service currently starts at $24.99 for one dog and $34.99 for two dogs. One-time cleanups start at $49.99. Final pricing may vary depending on your yard, number of dogs, and current yard condition.
Why is regular dog waste removal important?
Regular cleanup helps keep your yard cleaner and more enjoyable for your family and pets. Pet waste can also contain bacteria and parasites. For additional pet health information, visit the CDC Healthy Pets resource.
