Dog Poop Removal FAQ
Everything you need to know before getting started with recurring or one-time yard cleanup service.
How does your dog waste removal service work?
We visit your property on your scheduled service day, walk the accessible areas of your yard, remove visible dog waste, and take the waste with us. Recurring customers also receive a gate photo after the visit, giving you added peace of mind that your yard was serviced and secured.
How often can you clean my yard?
We offer weekly and twice-weekly recurring service, as well as one-time cleanups. The best schedule depends on the number of dogs, yard size, and how frequently you want the yard maintained. Homes with multiple dogs may benefit from more frequent service.
Do I need to be home during service?
No. As long as we have safe access to the yard, you do not need to be home during your scheduled visit. This makes recurring service convenient for customers who are working, running errands, or away from home.
Can my dogs be outside during the cleanup?
For everyone’s comfort and safety, we recommend keeping dogs inside while we service the yard unless other arrangements have been made. This allows our technician to move throughout the property efficiently and helps prevent gates from being opened while pets are nearby.
What should I do before my scheduled service?
Please make sure the yard and gate are accessible, remove any items that may block access to areas that need cleaning, and let us know about anything unusual we should be aware of. Clear access helps us provide the most complete cleanup possible.
What happens if my gate is locked?
Please make sure your gate is accessible on your scheduled service day. If we cannot safely access the yard, we may be unable to complete the cleanup. If you use a gate code or other access method, provide that information when arranging service.
Do you sanitize your equipment?
Yes. Our equipment is sanitized as part of our regular service process to help maintain a clean and professional approach from yard to yard.
What do you do with the dog waste?
We remove the collected waste from your property after service, so you are not left with bags of pet waste sitting in your yard or outdoor trash area.
Is there a contract required?
No long-term contract is required. Our goal is to make recurring dog waste removal simple and convenient without locking customers into a long commitment.
How does the First Week Free offer work?
New customers who sign up for recurring weekly dog waste removal receive their first week FREE. The offer applies to new recurring weekly-service customers. Request your free quote and we’ll help you get started.
Do you offer one-time cleanups?
Yes. One-time cleanups start at $45 per visit and are great for a fresh start, move-ins, parties, seasonal cleanups, preparing for guests, or yards that simply need additional attention before beginning recurring service.
Can you service homes with multiple dogs?
Absolutely. We service both single-dog and multi-dog households. The number of dogs can affect how quickly waste builds up and may influence the recommended service frequency and pricing for your property.
Do you offer yard deodorizer service?
Yes. Yard deodorizer is available to help reduce unpleasant pet odors and freshen up your outdoor space. Ask us about adding deodorizer when requesting a quote.
How much does dog waste removal cost?
Weekly service currently starts at $24.99/week for one dog and $29.99/week for two dogs. One-time cleanups start at $45 per visit. New customers who begin recurring weekly service can also receive their First Week FREE. Final pricing may vary depending on the number of dogs, yard condition, and service frequency. For a detailed breakdown, see our dog poop removal pricing guide.
